Emma is a strength and mobility coach who began training and performing acrobatic arts in 2008, as well as martial arts in 2021. She focuses on athletic strength and flexibility with a goal to build greater health and resilience, as well as dynamic adaptability in your movement practice. Lessons may focus on strength & mobility, flexibility, or calisthenics and acrobatic training. She is available for personal training and teaches a mobility class on Fridays at 10:00am.
